The Crove Form Builder is very powerful and offers a host of customizations. One such customization is using Horizontal and Vertical Containers in your Form Builder.
Adding Vertical Containers
To add a vertical container you just have to go to the form builder click on the ‘+‘ Icon and then click on Vertical Container.
A vertical container stacks form fields on the bottom of the existing field. You can see it work in the image below.
Here is how fields stacked in a vertical container look like in the form preview,
As you can see here, all the form fields are stacked vertically.
Note: When you add variables in your editor, a form is auto-created for you. The auto-created form uses a vertical container to add all the fields. However, you can choose to modify the auto-created form to your own liking.
Adding Horizontal Containers
To add a vertical container you just have to go to the form builder click on the ‘+‘ Icon and then click on Horizontal Container.
A horizontal container appends a form field from left to right when you drag a field over an existing field in the same container.
As you can see here when I try to add another field in the vertical container the field can be dragged only on the left or right of the existing field. You can later change the position of the field by dragging and dropping.
Here is how form fields stacked in a horizonatal container look like in the form preview,
Note: As of now, you cannot create a mix of vertical and horizontal container in Crove.
